Would you like your employees to discover how to be an even better mentor for their peers and teammembers?
I have designed a 1-day program for employees who you see are the go-to people for advice and would like to step up even more into a mentoring role within the organisation. In this training program they will learn the basics of asking questions and listening and will have mentoring conversations to practice.
Giving and receiving feedback
Many people find it very difficult to provide employees, colleagues, friends and family with feedback. And perhaps receiving feedback is even more difficult. To make this easier for everyone, I have designed a half-day training program in which you will learn how to provide and receive feedback in a structured, non-judgemental and professional way.
